Introduction

Welcome to Events by Rachana! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including wedding planning, birthday parties, destination weddings, and housewarming events. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or contract agreement.
• A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before the event date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• In case of cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable.
• If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, 50% of the total event cost will be charged.
• If the event is canceled by Events by Rachana due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

Event Execution

• Clients must provide accurate event details (venue, guest count, theme, etc.) at least 15 days before the event.
• Events by Rachana is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, weather conditions, or client-side miscommunication.
• Any last-minute changes are subject to feasibility and additional charges.

Vendor and Third-Party Services

• We collaborate with trusted vendors for catering, decoration, photography, etc. We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services.
• Clients can suggest preferred vendors, but Events by Rachana holds the final decision for seamless execution.

Liability and Safety

• Events by Rachana is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring all necessary permits and licenses are obtained if required for their event.

Media and Promotions

• Events by Rachana reserves the right to capture photos/videos of events for promotional purposes.
• If clients wish to opt out of media usage, a request must be submitted in writing before the event.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru.
